I've been working out with Mike and CYBBC since June 2011. I'm a 41 year old male. When I started the workouts I was 198 lbs and now I'm at 183 lbs and feeling better than ever. I've had personal trainers; done the back bi's, chest, tri's workouts; and had a gym membership that gets inconsistent use. What makes Mike's program so effective is that he sets a specific weight goal for you, gives you a simple diet plan; is a workout coach and nutritional advisor for all clients. This is way more than a basic workout class taught by your local gym. I thought I was eating right and working out the right way to lose weight before joining CYBBC. The workouts push you to do the extra 20% effort that you could never do on your own. That extra 20% effort is what gets results. I haven't been in this kind of shape since high school. I'm stronger, faster and have loads more energy. Mike taught me what is takes. And it works.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Does the provider guarantee results?

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Do you write results-oriented & research based, do anywhere programs, using minimal equipment that are progressive over a calendar year or do you write napkin workouts, a few minutes before our training time that could be progressive over a calendar year, but aren't guaranteed to be?

If yes, will I be dependent on your equipment or will I be able to do your programs anywhere? Also how do you prevent me from becoming burned out, getting injured or plateauing?

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Does your service include / promote nutrition cleanses?
Is your program climate controlled?
What type of accountability do you offer?
What systems are in place to guarantee results & progress?
Are recovery methods included in each workout or is that something I do solely on my own?
Do you write the programs you give / teach us or do you buy them?
How do you personalize each program / workout?
Do you except anyone to train with you who can afford it?
How do you reduce the risk of gaining bulk in your program design and exercise selection?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. 1. Can you at least walk a mile, preferably jog or run?

2. Are you currently pain & injury free (no joint or muscle problems that will be aggravated by training)?

3. Are you ready to get in your best shape?

4. Will you commit to and follow the WHOLE plan?

5. Do you promise not to complain, whine or say, “I can’t”, “it’s too hard” or “I’m tired”?

6. Will you support your teammates both in class, outside of class and online?

7. Do you know and accept that the commitment you’re about to make is a lifestyle change and will require habit changes, mind shifts, and the realization and acceptance that you will be sore and will experience growing pains not only physiologically but mentally, socially and nutritionally (will you do whatever it takes to achieve your goals)?

8. Last, do you recognize there will be ups & downs, great days & good days and do you commit to forgive yourself when you slip up, and do you commit to get back up immediately and move forward with increased determination (will you persevere through the challenging times)?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our clients get results and we have a database of photos, measurements and testimonials to prove it.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I get paid to change lives for a living! How cool is that?
