The training each horse receives depends on the breed and experience the horse has. Contact Valerie if you need to give up your friend or perhaps have an OTTB that just doesn't want to race. A lot of Valerie's projects come from Suffolk Downs or from owners who can no longer care for their horses, can't afford them, or simply don't want them. Valerie will retrain these horses and find them appropriate homes or full lease them out to those not quite ready to purchase. Travel Training or Lessons I will to travel to your barn, so that you and your horse can learn in a comfortable environment. FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that your instructor is licensed by the state of Massachusettes. Any riding instructor needs to have a license in Massachusetts. This provides you with the security of knowing that your instructor has the knowledge and ability to safely teach you how to ride. Ensure that your instructor is certified in CPR and First Aid. While horseback riding is fun it can be a dangerous sport. Having someone who can help keep you safe if something were to happen should be top on your checklist.
