Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I'm creative and precise. I'm full of ideas to share with customers and I'm good with colors. I take my time to do custom work to perfection. I've design everything associated with my business from websites to blogs, logos to videos and more. I will not use cheap products like some in my industry. Only top quality products are used to ensure the Highest Quality of your completed projects.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The ability to transform a room. I take great pleasure in seeing a dull room become something exciting. I also like interacting with customers and sharing ideas. Whether it's their vision or mine i love seeing it come to fruition.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I love to be creative and transform things. Painting allows me to do this. I take pleasure in seeing a room go from bland to bold or from old and tired to new and fresh. I also love creating designs to put on your walls, from bold to subtle designs can add a touch of flair to any room.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Benjamin Moore's AURA paint is a new 100% acrylic paint that is unmatched in any other paint in my opinion. Its' low VOC so there is almost no odor and looks amazing on the wall. I use it when ever possible. There are also alot of different faux finishes coming on the market, faux finishes can add a real touch of elegance to any room.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Work under a master painter for as long as you can first. There are a lot of small details that can take years to master that really constitute a great finish. Be creative, a lot of painters make the mistake of thinking there are only there to slap paint on a wall. There are many ways, from color consulting to doing custom designs, to use your creativity in this profession.
