- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to apply discounts where ever we can. if we overestimate on hours required we will refund or discount any full days' worth of hours unused.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, the key to any good relationship is trust to that end we like to take our time and get to know you and your expectations before we start work. Maybe you'd like to be present while we work or maybe you only want us to use a certain entrance. Maybe, you just want us in and out as fast as possible. Whatever the case may be we are here to take care of your home in a way that is suitable to you.
