Our experience with Paul was amazing. He was completely upfront and honest about what to expect during the process. We did receive 3 quotes and although we added additional work after the job commenced, Paul was very upfront about the charges. Mr Darcy always took time to return my calls and email quickly making the remodel project stress free and comforting for us. His work is by far the most professional and outstanding that I had seen. I contacted Paul for snow removal services three days after the 2013 Boston blizzard. My car was encased in several feet of snow and ice. Paul was courteous, responsive and fair in what he charged for this extremely unpleasant task. He arrived at my house within 90 minutes of my initial phone call. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the services he offers.

"Rain water was seeping through the wall of one side of our three storied brick building and coming through to the inside units and flooding the basement. First we thought it was the brick wall that needs repointing. Later on it was found that the immediate reason for the leak was due to holes in the rusted down spout leading from gutter. Paul changed the down spout and he also patched the seams on our rubber roof to prevent possible future problems. He was very prompt in completing the above work and did a good job." P. Loh
