I am an Emmy Award-winning video Journalist, producer, writer and videographer with more than 30 years experience in television news and video production. Currently, I am running my own small company, SpinningHorse Video Productions. I specialize in special events, wedding videography, corporate, marketing, and training videos. While I am exceptionally talented in shooting great videos, I also am as equally experienced and adept at writing and producing as well. In fact, for most of my career, I have functioned efficiently and effectively as a true "one-man-band", handling all logistical and other aspects of complex video productions. I interface well with a variety of publics, including governmental, organizations and others. While working in television news and now for my own company, I have built a reputation for being a self-starter, capable of completing any kind of assignment without supervision. Furthermore, I am exceptionally skilled at teaching others how to improve and grow their own media production skills as well, whether it is a class of middle-schoolers or older students and adults. In addition, I am also a skilled print writer, having written articles for a variety of publications in Connecticut and western Massachusetts.
