Leo went the extra mile in terms of helping me choose a faucet that is both a style I like and has a type of drain he suggested I get because it is easier to maintain & repair. He also replaced the shut-off valve to my toilet which wasn't working and asked me if I wanted the sink shut-off valves replaced as well. I appreciated this and asked him to do it because they are probably over 30 years old. I hadn't even thought to ask him to do this!! Anyhoo, overall my impression of Leo is that he is competent and trustworthy. Also a nice human. I will be hiring him again!!

Leo was very quick to respond and to schedule the work to be done. It was tough to get the old faucet out, but he did it! He put the new faucet in in a flash. I already ask him to do another job. Would definitely recommend Leo to anybody.
