I teach beginners rock, popular, older classics, R/B, and basically what the student wants to learn. Most of my teaching and my own playing is done on an electric guitar, but I can use an acoustic, if requested.
I am mostly self-taught, so I know how it feels to start from nothing, but I have played for over 40 years.
I look at each student's abilities and desires and come up with the best way to teach them; not everybody can go by the book. I am extremely patient and easygoing and allow the student to learn at a pace in which they feel comfortable.
I have a comfortable studio in Pittsfield, but am willing to travel for an hourly fee. If my travel distance has exceeded, we can still talk. I serve the Berkshires and beyond.
