Let me tell you about the steps in my carpet cleaning process: Step 1: Pre-inspection Together with you, I will walk through your home to inspect visually the carpet, identify possible permanent stains and provide you an assessment of anticipated results, as well as listen to any concerns you might have. During this time, the area to be cleaned will be measured, and I will show you my estimate. Step 2: Vacuum Vacuuming removes dry soil.
