- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Flat rate pricing, What we provide for an estimate is what you will pay. All pricing will be provided up front before proceeding with any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We have customer service reps who answer customer phone calls and requests and then they get the appointments scheduled. - A Service Technician will arrive to the customers home in the allotted time frame and will discover the customers problems and provide them with solutions upfront and fix the problem in the same time window in most cases. - Then our customer service Team follows up after to ensure the customer had a great experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly training on new things and keeping up with new products and services. Every Tuesday we do customer service training, every Thursday we had technical trainings on different things we are struggling on, We do weekly installer meetings to train on different subjects.
