I was given several choices when it came to replacing my laptop hard drive. Each was explained in terms I could understand and what the benefits were to me and my business. I chose a hybrid drive for a little more money because it was supposed to speed up my laptop. I am not disappointed and glad I listened to PJ from Techsense. My laptop didn't run this well when I bought it. Because my hard drive had to be replaced I was afraid I lost my business data, including Outlook email, contacts, and calendar. When I got the laptop back I found all of my personal and business data had been put back on the new hard drive along with Microsoft Office and my Quickbooks program. I am back in business after being without my laptop for only 3 days. Other places I called quoted me a week to a few weeks. That was way too long being in business for myself. PJ promised I would have the laptop back before Monday morning and he delivered with a day to spare. If your looking for honest, dependable, professional service, I would recommend these guys. I'm already planning a backup solution for my small office so I can have some peace of mind. No more sleepless nights worrying about my IT issues with these guys around. Thank you Techsense.
