However, I do offer full chemical treatment options in certain situations that require something a little stronger to fully eliminate an issue. As an environmentally conscious person it has been tough to figure out how to deal with problem bugs on our property, so I'm delighted to have found someone who employs the least toxic options first. Steve is a true professional. He replied quickly and was able to come the next day. He removed a wasp nest from our shed and even came back a second time at no cost to deal with further issues we had with wasps in the wall of our shed. A great experience all around.

He responded immediately, showed up on a Saturday and not only resolved the issue but he went the extra mile and took care of another potentially dangerous issue I was going to tackle myself. Now this is pro who knows how to get it done! Fast response, very punctual, and all-around friendly. This was my first real experience with a pro from Thumbtack so I'm happy it went well. I hired Steven to take care of a Yellowjacket swarm in my backyard. He responded right away to my Thumbtack request and came out to my property within an hour. He took care of the issue there and then and was very reasonably priced. He was also very responsive when I followed up the next day with questions about a few yellowjackets that were still hanging around - he said to wait a day or so and if they were still around he would come back out and try something different ( I had a unique situation where there was no nest but an apparent swarm). Within two days all of the Yellowjackets were gone! I would definitely hire him in the future!

I try my best to provide extremely competitive pricing, not just relative to other organic options but the primary toxic chemical options which are usually less expensive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as detailed as possible in describing how I will treat for whatever issue they are having, and then thoroughly explain everything again after the treatment has been completed. I make sure to explain what to expect after a treatment has been completed and always follow up within the 1st week post application to ensure satisfaction with my service. If there are any issues, all my clients have my cell phone number and I welcome all calls, texts or emails if they have any concerns.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I hate bugs and wanted a natural solution for myself. When I saw how well they work I wanted to start a company that provided people a natural solution to common pest problems.
