Had to keep calling for status update, changed the arrival time several times, they rent uhauls and do not have their own trucks. Try to upcharge for additional insurance, packing products etc. What I was quoted vs what I paid was ridiculous. Never again.

Hey Krissy, we sincerely apologize for your bad experience. We wish we knew about these issues before you tipped and complemented our staff. We would have resolved these issues beforehand so you could have had a good experience. We do have our own trucks, unfortunately you had the smallest job for that day. You were quoted 4 hours and you were charged 5 hours. We apologize for the extra hour but travel time does change with traffic conditions.
