Did a great job and I think the price was fair. We had a minor misunderstanding about whether a wall would we be repaired (I thought it would). He did give me a carpenter recommendation. I chalk this all up to language barriers. Alex is a nice guy, just try to be as clear as possible. I highly recommend his work.
