A. I assist people who are interested in building new skills that will help them to resolve their personal, relationship, parenting or career concerns.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I hold a PhD in Developmental Psychology and have completed my postdoctoral training at Harvard University.

A. After describing yourself and your issues to your prospective coach, you might ask, "How would you go about coaching a person like me?" Look for the right fit between you and your coach.
Are you available both within and between sessions?
Can we communicate face-to-face, over the telephone, by Skype and other electronic media?
