A. I assist people who are interested in building new skills that will help them to resolve their personal, relationship, parenting or career concerns.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I hold a PhD in Developmental Psychology and have completed my postdoctoral training at Harvard University.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. After describing yourself and your issues to your prospective coach, you might ask, "How would you go about coaching a person like me?" Look for the right fit between you and your coach.
Are you available both within and between sessions?
Can we communicate face-to-face, over the telephone, by Skype and other electronic media?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What problems am I trying to solve?
Am I ready to begin to solve these problems?
Am I ready to put in the hard work and effort it might take to build new skills?
Am I ready to be honest with myself and with my coach?
