Our pricing structure is structured to deliver value. We're not the cheapest, but we're not the most expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process working with a new prospective customer involves getting their event details, finding out what service they are looking for or have interest in, understand what they're looking for in a DJ service, discuss music preferences, and ultimately determining if we are a good fit for their event. Upon determining that we are, we provide straightforward pricing and ask them if they would like to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elation Entertainment's DJs have performed at hundreds of weddings, private events, and in public venues over the last 20 years. Experience is the greatest teacher. We've lost count of the amount of people with sore feet and bodies from our dance floors. :-) In addition, we participate in local, national, online networking groups among both DJs and other wedding professionals that helps us to learn and stay abreast of wedding and event industry goings-on.
