Lucas, and the Triple Beam team, did a wonderful job renovating our condo/apartment. The job included both a bathroom and kitchen remodel. Lucas is very responsive and communicates well, in an honest and straightforward fashion. When we hit a couple of snags with inspections, Lucas was professional and timely in his ability to communicate with me and to solve the problems. I am very pleased with the job and especially with the experience I had working with Lucas. I highly recommend this team of hard working professionals.

If you’re looking for general contractor - then you should definitely hire Triple Beam! Lucas and his team remodeled our entire kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a half bath. As new home owners, Lucas was extremely helpful in helping give us selections of items (vanities, cabinets, mirrors, etc) that would fit within our budget and gave recommendations based on what he’d seen on previous projects. Lucas was super responsive throughout the process (evenings and weekends) which was greatly appreciated. He was always available for questions and believe me - we had lots of questions but Lucas was always available and patient with us throughout the whole process. We hired our own electrician/flooring people who caused various delays - Lucas was very professional and gracious in working around them. Everything turned out the way we had hoped it would. Would definitely recommend Lucas doing everything from start to finish - thanks for everything!

I would highly recommend these guys. They did a remodel of two bathrooms for us, one full and other half and was impressed with with quality and tidiness of the work they did. They are very flexible with your time schedule and you can choose whatever materials you would like to use for your project.

We do offer discounts to qualifying customers as well as flexible payments options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first contact happens online or phone, then we proceed for a consultation visit to see the job details. After the visit, I provide a quote and potential project timeline. Once the customer approves the quote, we move to the constract and 30% deposit. Finally we schedule the job, material and vendor selection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Finance from Bentley University, an MBA from Boston University, and advanced engineering training from the United States Army.
