- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down with the prospective student or their parent to find out what it is they are looking to get from studying Martial Arts. Once we know that we have an introduction class 1 on 1 with the head instructor and go thru the very basics of Karate before the student steps into a class.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking for a martial arts school, a suggestion would be to check out a few different types of schools to find the one that you or your child feels comfortable in.
