Pets are People, Too

Introduction: I am able to care for dogs, cats, birds, and other pets (with the exception of spiders, of which I am terrified). I've grown up around animals and currently live with my three cats, ages four, seven, and 18. Giving pills and other medications is something I'm used to, and I already do for some of my neighbors. I truly love animals, and I see them as family members but without the drama. I worked for the SPCA in North Charleston, South Carolina, where I dealt primarily with feral animals. Socializing them was the best part. I also volunteered for over a year at a kennel, washing and caring for dogs of all breeds. My cats are accustomed to me coming home smelling of other animals. I just love them. I am experienced, smart, and responsible. I love to work with you and your furry or feathered (or whatever) loved ones.
