If I could give Pietro and his company 6 stars- I would do so without hesitation! The man is amazing- got me out of a tough spot with a dishonest renovation contractor, and was able to fill my vacancy with top notch renters when another realtor had let it sit vacant for months. He is hard working, available,responsive,and a total breath of fresh air in the real estate/ property management field. As I have told him- I wish you could be cloned and your clones fill all businesses. :) with the same work ethic and honesty.

Amazingly responsive and do exactly what they say. I have multiple condos and multifamily properties in Boston and Greater Boston and all of those properties are managed by C Property Management. I refer out C Property Management to all of the condo owners I meet that also rent their properties out. These guys know how to market a property since they're all licensed real estate agents and also own rental properties.

I moved across the country for my job and hate burdening friends and family with looking after my condo like I've done numerous times before for vacas and going abroad for weeks with my current job position. I decided to bite the bullet and researched property management companies inthe Somerville/Cambridge area.After discussing options with a few, no one really impressed me or made me feel like I was putting my condo in good hands. When I called C Property Management, the owner Pietro scheduled an appointment with me and met me at my property. This wasn't an option with other property management companies I had contacted and was great for schedule since I travel so much. I was immediately impressed by Pietro's knowledge and attention to detail when he examined the condo. He has put me at ease and made leaving the Boston area tremendously easier knowing my property is in good hands.
