Answer: There's a technical side to it (which we can provide the expertise and service for), as well as a practical marketing side to it. If you really want social media marketing and search engine optimization to work for your business, you must be willing to set aside time to engage in conversations with your market by posting relevant, helpful information to Facebook/Twitter, etc., and doing things like regularly updating your blog and becoming active on websites and forums pertaining to your industry and market.
