I was "coming back to the mat" as the nice people at Downward Dog calls it.I have been away due to family stuff...and am I so glad I am back and found this studio. The studio is clean and has a welcoming sense to it.The teacher I had was great and they want you to come back and experience the other teachers and other styles of classes they offer....with the new student deal (2 Weeks/unlimited class for $25)...I am back to the mat!...And they got a Rewards/Referral program too!

A warm and fun atmosphere is offered up here. They are back to the basics…vinyasa and hatha-with a few variations, a nice change from the “hot” yoga more and more studios are doing.
Hands-on teachers, great prices and easy to find with a lot of parking makes Downward Dog Yoga Studios my studio…and they have a rewards program…bring a friend and you get in studio credits!

A great studio...a nice change from the "hot" yoga that is everywhere.
The classes seem to get back to the basics...hatha and vinyasa flow.
The teachers are hands-on and make the class about me, the student.
I have been doing yoga in many forms for about 3 years at many gyms and studios, but I have found my new home.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. New to Yoga? Look for a warm and inviting atmosphere.
You want hands-on instructors who make you want to continue the lifetime journey that is a yoga practice.
Yoga is about you, your mind and body coming together. In Yoga, there is no competition,we measure in moments not years and in inches not miles, and most of all is to smile and have fun.

A. Think about the atmosphere created...is warm and inviting?
Think about the instructors...are they there for YOU?
And think about yourself...am I ready to benefit from the journey of a lifetime? Yes, Of Course!
