Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure they have Licenses licenses licenses and insurance, Ask to see the paper work. the CS license will have the person doing the works picture on it. Check with their references. Just don't take their word on it.. Get a price up front for the job, not an hourly rate. some guys will take longer to do a job then what it really should take. just to make more money from you. Ask to see their license and insurance paper work, then call to make sure it is up to date. check the license numbers with the state to see if there is any problems with it IE suspended, revoked, bad judgements against it. where have you did this type of work before, can we call these people? can we go there and see the work?

It is very hard to find the right person that you trust to get the job done in a timely maner and have it done right the first time. alot of guys are out of work and say they are handyman, carpenters, painters, but are only tring to make a dollar to support their family and don't do a good job. once you find the right guy stay with him even if you have to wait a week or two before he can get to your project... good luck
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have been doing this type of work since i was14 years old about (25) years now..I was working for a guy about ten years ago, when i was giving fully custody of my son at the age of 3, he is now 13 years old. and needed a few days off here and there because my son was sick my boss told me to find another job because he needed me at work everyday 12 hours a day. So i started up on my own and never looked back...
