- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the market average. We do offer discounts for college students, low-income clients ($20K), and new clients. As for the fees, there are a few software fees that will be applied that go to the software company when taxes are filed. We do offer some add ons as well that have additional fees associated with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I like to sit down with them either over the phone or via Zoom so we can get to know each other so that we both can gain trust. We will also walk them through the workflow so they can have an idea of what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's in Accounting as well as an MBA and I have been an accountant for 6+ years. I am also a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
