About
I work with women who are serious about losing weight and getting in shape. I offer comprehensive, individualized weight management programs for individuals and small groups via video-chat through a HIPAA secured Telehealth platform.
My Credentials include a Masters degree and Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Food Science/Dietetics. I am a registered dietitian/nutritionist (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) NASM Certified Personal Trainer and certified coach. I authored two books: "Below the Surface...Weight Loss Transformation by KJ and Fitting in Getting Fit.
I also offer small group personal training classes and beginner fitness class for women in the Stoughton, MA.
Helping people get and stay healthy and fit is my mission in life. I decided to become a dietitian in my teens as I saw the struggle with weight my own mother, grandmother and siblings were going through.
Weight loss is a journey that can lead you to a happier, healthier, higher quality of life. It is very rewarding for me when I know that I am helping someone reach their goals.

I have worked with Kathy Jordan for several years. After a brief hiatus due to surgeries I am back in training with her again. She is amazing. Kathy manages to provide excellent instruction to her class and still give personal attention to whomever needs it and she never criticizes - she sets by example with a wonderful demeanor. She also practices what she preaches. She lives an extremely healthy lifestyle both in her diet and her exercise regimens. Kathy is truly a motivator. Day by day and week by week with Kathy's instruction I am becoming a healthier and more fit woman.

I have been working out twice a week for one hour with Kathy for the last several years. I was excited to join Kathy's class to learn how to use the stability ball, free weights and resistance bands. what I have learned has been so much more than I could have imagined! What I've loved about Kathy's class is her ingenuity, desire to increase our strength, stamina, improve our technique, and her general interest in our growth. Her class is never boring, always challenging, and a lot of fun!! I'm feeling strong, my balance has improved, I'm much more motivated and look forward to every class!!
