We had a deck fire and hired Triple LLL to replace the damaged pieces. They did a great job and were professional the entire time. Even when the hardware store made a mistake on the paint color they corrected it free of charge. Would recommend!

We had a great experience! Our upper deck was leaking and during the storm it flooded our downstairs window. The team was super responsive and quick. They came out right away, gave us a very reasonable quote, helped us find the problem and then solved it, all within 24 hours. We are very thankful with the speedy turnaround so we are not flooded again when it rains later in the week. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Luis, Miguel, and Jorge of Triple LLL Construction and Painting. This crew did a great job reinforcing our porch support posts, reinforcing the broken support structure, replacing balusters, and fixing the back risers so nicely. It looks exactly the same but now is safer, sturdier, and no longer sloping. We liked repair as a way to get the most out the materials that had life left. Triple LLL was able to preserve most of the structure and expertly match new materials with the existing porch and stairs so repairs are improved significantly but not in an obvious way and saved us from a potential future emergency due to the state the hand rail was in pre-repair. Because I garden and have a young child, Triple LLL went the extra mile for us, pre-priming the materials off site (I requested wood to match and the crew matched materials and painting perfectly) and controlling and managing dust/ waste without disturbing the old paint or our garden. The repair turned out great. It looks like before, but better!
