- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our local moves are quoted on per hour basis. All of our long distance quotes are flat rates that include all charges with no hidden fees. Each case is different so make sure to contact our customer care team to get the right quote and find out about our specials and discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start our process by talking to the customer and getting an idea of the specific job they want us to do. It’s very important to have a clear picture of the amount of items they have, so we can give them a correct estimate of time and price. If additional services are requested, such as packing or storing their items, we discuss that too during our initial conversation. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible and always be on the same page as the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Best training a mover could get is experience. All of our movers have 5+ years of experience working in the industry.
