- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75/hr Free donation drop off 24hr Cancelation policy: 25% of scheduled work with minimum of $75
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone call for us to get to know each other a little better and determine the scope and goals of the project. Once on site, we tour the space and discuss what is and isn't working and set goals for the session. Then we get to organizing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing professionals (NAPO). Through NAPO, I have earned 5 specialist certificates which requires the completion of 8 courses each. The specialist certificates that I have are Residential Organizing, Life Transitions, Workplace Productivity, Household Management, and Brain Based Conditions. I also attend their conference each year, where leading experts in business, organizing, and productivity speak.
