Introduction: I am semi retired and i enjoy helping out couples start there lives together in marriage! I have lived in several different parts of the country and there are different types of customs in each part of country. I try to incorporate the different customs within my ceremony so as it is unique and special. I enjoy helping folks in general and in officiating weddings, i can give back to the community. With weddings getting so expensive for the couples who are getting married these days something has to give, and i feel that i can make a difference. I can officiate a wedding at a reasonable price, in this way the couple can save money. In this way they can spend the money some where else within the wedding ceremony.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

In the early 1980's i was in the military and within the military community the Chaplin handles all of weddings, funerals, and baptisms. The chaplains do not charge a fee for the above services. There was a waiting list for the chaplains to officiate these ceremony's and with military personal not having the time to wait, because of being transferred to another base with in United States and or out side of the country there had to be some kind of solution to this problem! A friend of mine, at that time who i am still friends with after all of these years. We decided to check into a way of solving this problem. We found a marriage ministries that we could be a part of for a fee, and we both joined up with the marriage ministry's, and we are both still involved and are still friends even though we both live in different parts of the country!
