Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure you love your photographer - not just the images they create. We are honored to be a part of our clients' life events, and we believe in capturing not dominating your special day. We treat our clients as if we were photographing our own friends and family - we are involved and get excited about capturing the moments as they unfold. We work together as a husband and wife photographer-team because we truly love what we do - and want to share our passion for photography with you.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. All photography packages are not created equal. All of our wedding packages include your photos in high-resolution format on DVD. We believe in giving our clients the choice of when and where they can print their photos. We also include the ability to print top quality media through our pro photo lab.
Secondly, much of the work with photography is done long after the photos are taken. We spend the time necessary to touch every image we provide to you - and make sure they are able to be turned into beautiful prints.
Lastly, approaches to photography differ greatly. Our mission is to create images that look natural. We use flash minimally and use great care in the way we direct light. This is a large part of our photographic style.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We always work together as a team. Having 2 experienced photographers means double the perspective, skill and attention. Being in 2 places at once helps us capture more special moments as they happen.
