I offer professional guitar lessons via Skype, or in person.
I am a touring and recording guitarist with 25 years of experience teaching and playing.
I will customize your lesson plan for you. You will achieve your musical goals fast and fun.
My students tell me that they love the fact they get to learn the music they love. Whether it's blues, rock, fingerstyle, reggae, or jazz, I will help you become a better guitar player.

I have been Greg's student for 2 years. He has taught me more in that time than all my other years playing guitar combined. Greg would teach me songs I wanted to learn as well as teaching me styles I never would have considered. This combination made me excited for every lesson. My favorite part of the lessons was the infectious passion that Greg had for music. He inspired me to try harder and take on challenges I would have otherwise avoided. I can now play bluegrass fingerpicking, which has helped other aspects of playing enormously. Lastly, I have to mention how much Greg helped me to perform. He gave me the confidence to play in front of people and even provided outlets for students to showcase their talent.

A. Make sure they have experience teaching. Also listen to their playing if possible to determine if you believe they are a good musician. Also make sure you are dedicated to putting time and effort into the skill you are trying to aquire.
A. There really are no secrets accept, try to get to know the person you are hiring. Do they have expertise in the area you are looking to gain knowledge or skill in? Are they willing to listen to you and what it is you want out of the arrangement?
A. Ask for references, if someone can't give me a good list of references in a timely manner , well the there aren't many people who have had a good experience with them. Also ask for their experiences (schooling, recordings, number of years teaching).
