FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Club Z! we work with 1 student at a time and our main focus is academic success by setting measurable goals based on parents and students input and time frame. Our process starts with either a phone call or email contact requesting for tutoring needs. One of our educational consultants will reach out to the parent to learn more about the specific needs of the student and the tutoring. We will then setup an enrollment meeting with parent(s) and student at the comfort of their home. The educational consultant will conduct the detailed analysis, going through the workbooks, reviewing the grades & classwork, setup the goals and time frame as part of the enrollment meeting and will advise the number of sessions and duration needed to achieve them. Once enrolled, within 5-7 business days, the most suitable tutor with the required skills, knowledge, and experience will be matched up with the student. The details will be communicated to the parent and the tutoring sessions are setup. Progress is measured along the way and parents are kept in the loop with the updates after each tutoring session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
