Waterproofing is my specialty and roofing of all types. I encourage the owner to patch/repair the existing roof for hundreds of dollars vs. replacement for thousands. We seal the entire building envelope,IE. siding, windows, chimney, gutters, skylights and foundation, etc.
I'm a general contractor so I enjoy performing all phases of residential constuction even painting, no matter how small the job. I've been a licensed builder since 1982 #101993, a current home-improvement certification # 170-285, R R P cert. & currently provide a cert. of insurance for $1 million upon request. The trick to my business success is I make sure the customer is left happy!

Mike was a great guy but unfortunately I paid almost 2k
And today the first heavy rain my leak is 10 times worse than before the work was done .used to leak in one spot now leaking everywhere that they worked .i wrote to him today and I'm waiting for response to see what can be done , will update review once I hear back.
