Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
One of the biggest reasons I stand out from other real estate agents is I have been a FULL TIME agent for over 10 years. I pride myself in being available full time and answering email and phone calls in a timely fashion. I do not work another job so my availablitiy can be much more in the present.
What do you like most about your job?
The fact that I can help someone with one of the most important purchases or sales of real estate in their life really gives me great satisfaction. Keeping a client as a repeat client is also very satisfying.
What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
One of the questions that comes up often from customers is how long have I been doing this. I love telling them since 1978 and over the last10 years FULL TIME.
If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
Customers need to know that we do not get paid until the home closes. Every service we offer is absolutely no cost to them unless a home is sold. It is important for customers to know that any cost we obtain is an unreimbursed expense unless we close on the home.....how many other services don't get payed for their service unless until the end and only if they perform?
