R&R Realty Management managed 4 multi-family buildings for us (31 units in total). We were very happy with the way they managed the buildings. The work was done in a timely and professional way. Randy at R&R is always available to discuss matters - very important.
A big value that they bring is the screening of potential renters. Having good renters is crucial and we have had no serious issues with the renters that went through their screening process.
Being in compliance with rules and regulations is important as well, and R&R made sure we were in compliance at all times.
