FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First, make sure your dealing with a company that actually owns the vehicles. Go see the vehicle(s) you are interested in renting. There are so many "Fly-by Night" companies out there. Second, be sure your renting from the a company that actually owns/leases the vehicles, we have seen an increase over the past 5 years of "Limo-Brokers". These entities do NOT actually have the vehicle(s) you are renting or getting pricing on. They will book the job with you, mark up the price to cover themselves, then hire a company like ourselves to do the job. Now in most cases there usually isn't an issue with this, but I have heard Horror stories where a client books a job with one of these brokers, they take your payment (usualkly in full) and the wrong vehicle shows up, or even worse does not show up. Lastly, I Strongly urge customers to get Everything in Writing. Contracts are more important than most people think in this industry. You should have in writing that businesses Terms and Policies, ask what happens if an issue arises involving the vehicle(s). Finding a company that is fully insured and compliant with Mass DOT and Federal DOT Laws...., What I always suggest to potential clients is to go view the vehicles
