Jamal did a great job. I had a small clog in my kitchen sink (which looked not something critical) but in fact, the clog was in the basement pipe closer to the main drain. So it was the long-running fix. Fortunately, everything is good so far. Jamal was responsiveness and punctual. Will recommend him to others.

You will not be sorry if you hire JMA Company! I contacted JMA and received a call immediately and a visit within two hours! We had a water heater that was leaking. We were concerned about it busting. We wanted to have a tankless water heater installed. When Jamal arrived he explained the process, the structure of the piping, and the best location to put the unit especially if we had plans to finish the basement. He provided a reasonable quote, not the cheapest we received but definitely not the most expensive. Later that same evening we talked to Jamal over the phone and decided to hire him. The next day Jamal arrived with his son (22). We had a few open questions. They took the time answer our questions and then began bringing the materials and supplies in. We noticed how organized and neat they were while setting up their work place. We initially planned on the job taking two days, but it was completed in a day! The installation of the unit is clean cut, neat and professional. They explained the unit, its components and any maintenance that would be needed in the future (about 2 years). They cleaned up, sweep the floor, and took away all depree! We cannot say enough about Jamal and his son. We would recommend JMA 100%!

Jamaal was very responsive and tried to fix the problem with our shower using a $26 part first. It didn’t work and he showed me why it didn’t. He was helpful in explaining the more involved work that needed to be done and why. He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous. Will be calling him for my future plumbing needs.
