Roger responded very quickly to my original estimate request to install an exterior door, possibly fix/replace a storm door and plexi-glass replacement. He was very professional and punctual, he showed up exactly on-time to do the work. He measured quickly and told me what my options would be. He accompanied me to Lowes to choose the correct materials. Storm Door: When we weren't able to purchase a storm door from Lowes in-store stock because of the existing door's odd size, he spoke to a Lowes rep to see if we'd have to special order. When we found out it was a special order, he offered a less expensive alternative to fixing the broken door. Exterior Door: the door was replaced correctly and quickly. The work quality was excellent. Plexiglass replacement: installed correctly. He communicated effectively and efficiently. I have to give him a lot of credit because I was traveling during the time he was doing the work and it just added another layer to how successfully he was able to communicate effectively. He gave me great pricing, this guy is top-notch. I would definitely hire him again and you should, too!
