Ashley has been my personal trainer for almost 5 years and I highly recommend her. When I started training with Ashley I barely completed the first session, from there I went on to finish one of her 100 Fitness Challenges and completed a Rugged Maniac 5K Event. The training sessions are never boring, she always mixes it up so you get a complete workout, upper body, core, and lower body. When I started training with Ashley my blood pressure was borderline hypertensive, I'm happy to say that I'm now at 115/85 and I'm 65 years old and have never felt better. So, if I can train and feel great so can you. Trust Ashley, she's an amazing trainer, who makes training fun but will challenge you to be the best you can be.

I've had a chance to work with Ashley for several years and can honestly say she is one of the best trainers that I've known. I worked in the fitness industry for close to 15 years and had as many as 20+ trainers reporting to me at any one given time. Over the years I worked with 100's of personal trainers and Ashley stands out as one of the best. She is very reliable, educated and well rounded as a trainer. She is capable of working with the most athletic clients as well as those that are starting on a fitness journey. She listens to clients needs and can offer great solutions to every situation. Nutritionally she gives sound advice that will not overwhelm her clients. You will not be let down by Ashley if you have the opportunity to work with her.

My first experience with personal training was with Ashley Landon 5 years. Being hesitant and nervous, Ashley guided me through workout sessions specifically designed for me that helped to build strength and stamina to meet her weekly challenges. Five years later, training with Ashley has become part of my healthy lifestyle, which include challenging and vigorous workouts, along with healthy eating tips.
