They are working for you several hours a week, researching the best and most effective methods to help you reach your goals, reviewing your past performance, identifying weaknesses that can be worked on, creating optimal nutritional plans to coincide with your workouts and they are available to their clients via email, twenty four hours a day. The stories. The individual stories of our members who have looked into the eyes of their most difficult challenges and have come out on top. The best thing that can happen to any of us on any given day is to hear a member who was extremely doubtful about their chances for success at the start of their program, telling someone else how great they have done!

I have known Ellen for about a year and a half. I started by taking her classes on a regular basis and when I saw awesome changes in my body I was very happy. Being a student my schedule changes regularly so when I was no longer able to take Ellen’s classes I started doing personal training sessions. I love the intense workouts every week…in fact I look forward to them more than most things! I just wish I had started these sessions sooner because they are that great! Being a former college athlete with limitations due to previous injury is no problem for Ellen, she modifies as necessary…but it never drops the level of intensity of your workouts. Ellen never puts a client through something she wouldn’t do herself, she even jumps in and does some exercises with me…it’s a great motivation! I love when we are done with a session and I know I gave it my all…I never leave a session feeling gypped! I don’t know what I am going to do without Ellen when I finish school and move away.

I have worked with Ellen for close to five years and have had a great experience in improving my overall fitness. She is very knowledgeable and a terrific motivator. She has constantly come up with great training regimens for me even when my neck or back dic problems flare up. A five star performance rating from me.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Do your homework! There are many options available to fitness enthusiasts or to those just interested in getting healthier. Make sure you visit the club at the same time that you would go if you were a member. Try to meet as many Personal Trainers as you can to get a feel for how happy they are. If they are happy working at the facility then they will be happy and effective training you!
