A. Realtors and homeowners,assisted living centers and hospitals as well as hotels and motels.We do a ton of fiberglass tub/shower units,Reglazing old style (50s 60s colors) and making them more modern,installing repair panels,inlays or simply utilizing fiberglass repair methods , a lot of tile color change and countertop repair and refinish jobs,as well as applying anti-slip surfaces. My favorite is making an ugly formica top look just like a corian or granite look and feel for around $500.00 in a day or two. people are amazed.We also offer unbeatable garage floor systems, that not only make your garage look amazing, they can stand up to even the highest of traffic. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure to check references.Some people rely on those services that claim to give you a prescreened,qualified contractor, when in fact those guys listed on those sites simply pay a monthly charge and they are considered qualified. Ask for real world references and ask for references that go back a few years,for quality reasons.

A. The look on peoples faces when we turn thier ugly old tub or counter in a new beautiful surface, or when a person can now get into thier tub without the risk of falling.

A. Do you use acid? No we use a molecular bonding agent that provides us with an atomic level bond that can and has lasted for over 15 years with proper care.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. Installing a SAFEWAY STEP for an elderly woman in LYNN MA. that could not afford to have her tub removed and so forth, We installed grab bars for her and a safety stand around her toiet for her, gave her a 10%discount and she was so happy to be able to use her bathroom again without the risk of a fall again. I love that stuff.

A. The difference between a good deal and a cheap job.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was a plumber and saw a service that made sense.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. A Clawfoot Bathtub I did had belonged to a guys grandfather. Over the years it had been used to develop film in, as an oil catcher, and finally to burn trash in.

A. All the time. It never ends.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Uv coatings and low voc coating are being tested but they have only been tested for 3 years and we need to give a 5 year minimum warranty.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. I was called to a very,very nice assisted living center.
They had a refinisher that they had found through angies list or service magic or the like, and the guy made a mess of it. He simply screwed a piece of plexi glass over a hole in a fiberglass walk in shower unit this hole was the size of a football. Well I went in there and fixed the original hole,as well as the extra 21 holes he had made. It looks like new.
