A. Residences and assisted living centers. And Hotels/Motels as well as Hospitals.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check for a License in good standing, and get real world references, not from some listing off of television, that claims they will provide a "QUALIFIED PRESCREENED" Contractor. All one has to do is pay them a monthly fee and they are listed. CHECK REFERENCES/LICENSES

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. One of the biggest points Id like to share is..Make sure whomever you hire is LICENSED it is for your protection in case of a problem the customer has whats called a GUARRANTY FUND to fall back on. Certified is nice all our techs are certified....BUT we are also LICENSED as well as insured for u to 4 Million(depending on the job). Protect your self and your property ONLY HIRE LICENSED CONTRACTORS.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Have you been trained by the factory?? Because at NU LOOK we are as well as being an independent contractor, we were trained by SAFEWAY.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are only one of a select few certified by the manufacturer to install SAFEWAY STEPS/DOORS. Allowing us(NULOOK) to offer the lifetime warranty.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people with thier AGING IN PLACE concerns.

We pride ourselves in the fact that many times we are able to provide a service that allows seniors to remain in the home that they have made, by modifying thier exisiting fixtures and making it a more accessable envirement.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Do you have to remove my tub? In short NO we dont!
All work is performed at the home, and is completed in 1 day .

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Most people dont even know this option is available. It is an extremely viable option, and the big warehouse stores are going to start installing them, so everyones going to know about SAFEWAY SAFETY STEPS/DOORS soon enough. But we still have over 10yrs. expierience installing them and they, well their just starting out.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I was a plumber right out of high school and saw a bathtub refinisher come on the job one day, and i thought thats a great idea. Its quick,economical and when done properly by a qualified tech can last a dozen years, or more.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Installing a SAFEWAY STEP for a Korean war vet, He bought a condo sight-unseen and was stuck with it. Well before he found NU LOOK REFINISHING he was literally one foot in an assisted living center, simply because he could not get in and out of his own bathtub. Well $999.00 w/ his 10%VETERAN DISCOUNT.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Absolutely! We just recently got E. P. A. Certified and are always taking classes to learn and utilize more envirementally friendly processes.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. We just finished a larger job at adcare hospital, the state required them to bring 13 showerstalls up to safety standards, as far as anti-slip surfaces. And we provided them with a solution that satisfied the commonwealth, without removing the fixtures. All for about a 1/10 of the closest competitors price.

A. Are prices are all quoted up-front and in the 19 yrs. In business what i quote you wont change. Dont confuse a low price with a cheap job.
