Our service is an outdoor boot camp. We do strength training that is designed to build long lean muscles and a killer core. Our cardio portion of the workout has been designed to burn fat in all the right places. My goal for my team is to help them all achieve a leaner, stronger, more defined and more flexible body. We will work every part of our bodies every time.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I work with each one of my clients individually. I find out exactly what their goals are (fitness, nutrition and personal) and we come up with a plan that will work for them and get it done!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love seeing the confidence in my clients eyes when they start improving themselves and achieving their goals, not to mention the physical changes in their bodies!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Do you think I can do this boot camp or will it be too hard? The answer is all you need is the right attitude. I will take care of the fitness part of it. That is my job. The only thing my clients need is the will to want to improve themselves and their level of fitness.
