- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are involved in educational classes. We have various employees that are learning different subjects such as AutoCAD drafting, and customer service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Installations of Kitchens and Bathrooms. Remodeling Kitchens and Bathrooms. Custom Design, manufacturing, and finishing anything from individual furniture such as tables to full interiors such as Kitchens, Bathrooms, Libraries, or Entertainment centers. Refinishing- we are capable of matching over 100 year old stain. Have restored Smith Chapel in Durham, NH and many other historic buildings.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be aware of low cost home furnishing and furniture. Low cost is good but be aware of where the cuts in cost for the provider are. Numerous times have I been asked to renovate libraries and kitchens that had been started by a low cost provider who did not have the right tools, man power, or space to do the job causing serious damage. Also you will end up spending more money having to hire a new provider to fix the mess left behind. Always ask provider if they have a shop and what kind of tools they use.
