My weekly sessions with Denny have made a vast difference in my health and well being for the last couple of years. Originally saw her in December, 2009, for a back injury from a fall that had left me bent over. More than forty years ago I had been diagnosed with lumbarization of the sacroiliac and previous such injuries from falls and improper lifts took weeks of recovery. Her MFR and other work left me standing straight with immediate pain relief that actually improved over the next few days. The following week I remained at the higher level of recovery and saw similar improvements from that and successive sessions. In less than three weeks the pain was completely gone and has remained gone. We have been working on other issues, pelvic, knee, etc. and I always feel better, if not immediately, then for the next few days until my body slips into its decades-long bad habits and my lack of cartilage in both knees causes now almost chronic pain. My orthopedist has prescribed total knee replacements for both knees, but personal and family issues have caused me to postpone them. Denny's work has kept me going during this delay. Pain reduction and gait are becoming greatly improved, thanks to Denny's sessions. Per her advice am doing soas work almost daily now with my thera-cane and that has helped a lot. I now use the three-minute MFR pressure techniques on occasional pain points as they arise and they provide amazing relief.
