    Anyone selling a home in this market needs every imaginable competitive advantage. Abraca Do-Overs are able to work magic on a shoe string budget. Potential buyers are more attracted to a home than a house. It just makes sense.

    I employed the services of Abraca Do-Overs and they were truly amazing. The suggestions for color changes and the way they placed my furniture made all the difference in the look of my home. I went from ho hum to WOW! Anna is a decorating genius. She knows how to read people and cater to their personal style. I couldn't believe how nice my place looked after a few hours of her magic touches! I could not be more pleased with the service. My only regret was that I waited.....wish I did this ages ago. A+++

    I have been extremely pleased with the design services offered by Ms. Anna Beighlie of Abraca Do-Overs. Anna has helped me with the following: 1) the placement of existing furniture, pictures, and accessories, 2) the selection of paint colors, and 3) the selection of new accessories and furniture, including personal shopping trips with me. In a short amount of time, she has helped me update and transform a number of rooms in my house for a very reasonable price. She is always mindful of your budget. In addition to her design talent and skill, she is a delight to work with reliable, warm, fun, and energetic. I highly recommend using Anna Beighlie for all design services.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Working with seniors. Helping them to downsize their home, to prepare it for sale. Then Stage the house, and then assist them in moving into their new residence, with unpacking, decorating and setting them up in their new home.
I also do Room Redesign (Makeovers). Say you are tired of the way a room looks. Layout of furniture never seems right. I will give you a new and functioning room, using your existing furniture and accessories. This way you do not have to buy new furniture (unless you want to). I may even use a piece from another room, that you may not have thought of ever using before, and to repurpose it's use!
I also help select paint colors for both interior and exterior of the house...

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Redesign and Home Staging is all about placement. It does'nt matter what you have, but how it is used and placed. Decorating a house to live in, and one to sell, are two totally different animals. One is to make your existing home "your" sanctuary, and the other is to allow a stranger to envision this house become "their" home!

A. 1)The dramatic transformations!!!
2)The look of amazement & gratitude that my clients have when job is finished! Not only are they happy with the cost, but the outcome!!!
3)I love saving clients money. I know all the best resourses for decorating on a tight budget!
4)I love it when they say "I never would have thought of that!"

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Do I need to buy new furniture? No. I shop your home and use the furniture & accessories you have. If there is something you need, that you don't have, I will make a list for you to shop for, or I will do the shopping for you.

How long does a Room Redesign take? About 2-4 hours.

My realtor said I should reduce my asking price again.
Should I try "staging" it first? Yes! Price reductions are usually in increments of $10,000. Staging if very affordable. You will get back every penny with the end result, and not have reduced your asking price any more, and your house will now stand out from the competition.
