With the winter months upon us, please remember that Phoenix Property Preservation performs full and proper winterization of properties, to fulfill Department of H.U.D. specifications.
This includes, but not limited to, the pressurized draining of domestic waterlines, treating of all traps and commodes with a biodegradable antifreeze, and securing the meter at the main.
As properties come into your inventory please allow Phoenix to provide these services for you, and your clients.

A. We have been in the REO service industry since the late 1980; and, although we have changed with the market place we still provide one on one customer service
