Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We provide the food set up service and clean up. Most of my clients ask for my advice on the menu for the event they are having. Everything is not a good fit just because its food. Some foods are great for a yard party but terrible for a Wedding or corporate event.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When looking for a caterer make sure you have a menu in mind and the person fully understands what your needs are. Ask as many questions you need to in order to be comfortable with the hire. Keep the lines of communication open as well.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I offer a personal touch at all my events. I believe in going the extra mile and I try to keep my pricing fair. My client's say its the taste of my food which they all say is "Soo Good"
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have always loved to bake and cook.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. My greatest strength is I use fresh ingredients and I am not afraid of creating new dishes or trying new ways to cook.
