Chris started his business after noticing that a lot of computer repair shops are charging high fees, yet are poor in customer service. He discovered a means into the computer service industry that assured success, and that is to give an outstanding service with excellent, yet affordable support.
We go out of our way to treat all of our customers both professionally and politely.
Their residential clients are regular people who are usually not skilled in computers. These folks have a need that come up on rare occasions requiring assistance. They would call him in a panic due to their deleted documents or photos, or the crashing of their computer hard drive. The same thing goes for their business clients who do not have computer-related requirements, but need a full-time IT staff.
We also make sure we speak the language; we make the technology easier to understand, and folks appreciate it.
