A: We are organized as a collective of private walkers and veterinary professionals agreed to a common set of service standards. We save you time, stress, and money by pooling our individual resources under the auspices of Saint Paw Street Walks, and agreeing to support rather than compete. We’ve limited our registration to a roster not to exceed 100 pets across 8 neighborhoods to concentrate all of our love and affection on you and your pet. Q: Do you have references? A: Of course! References available upon request. Q: How do I schedule walks? A: Requests for walks should be made via phone, email, or written correspondence. We will call or email to confirm that your request was received and will be honored. We ask that all requests be made through our Charles Village home office to avoid distracting our walkers while they care for your pet. Q: Do you only care for dogs? A: We’re happy to care for any animal, canine, feline or other. Q: My pet has special needs. Will you be able to administer his medications? A: We are happy to tailor our services to pets with special needs medical or otherwise. Our free consultation service is as much a tool for you as it is for us. Any quality of care reservations will be discussed candidly during consultation. Q: What do you do if my dog doesn’t get along with other dogs? A: We love ‘em anyway! If your dog should be walked alone be sure to make us aware during consultation. We can walk them alone or with your consent give ‘em some socialization courses with our own pups. Q: Do I have to be at home when you come to pick up/drop off my dog? A: No. You will need to provide Saint Paws with keys and any necessary security system information. Alarm codes and keys will be shared only with your primary and secondary walker. We’ll leave a note at every visit to let you know that all went well! Q: What happens if my dog’s walker is unavailable? A: In the event that your dogs “primary walker” is unavailable due to vacation, illness, or other unforeseeable circumstance a consistent “secondary walker” will fill in for the duration of the primary walkers absence. Owners will receive personal contact info (phone and email) for their primary and secondary walker upon completion of registration and client agreement.
